New Look, Same Mission – The New Doing Good™ Site!

As you may have noticed, Doing Good™ has gone through some changes. We’ve given the site a makeover and added some new features to make doing good all the easier for yourself and others!

You may have used our volunteer portal in the past (and if not, you should!), and now we’ve expanded the portal to make volunteering even easier and more efficient. In our Do Good section, you’ll find a survey which, by answering a few simple questions, will help us help you to find the best possible means by which you can utilize your volunteer efforts. Looking for other volunteers to help you or your organization? We’ll help you with that as well! By submitting volunteer opportunities to our site, you’ll be letting thousands of people know about your own “Doing Good” opportunities.

We’ve also added a brand new virtual store that turns shopping into helping! In addition to getting one of our awesome t-shirts, you can help others by “purchasing” philanthropic efforts and donations. When you purchase one of these items, your donation will go towards that cause specifically. For example, you can provide access to health care to a person in need by purchasing a month’s worth of medicine for an elderly patient—all for just $25!

Doing good is fun, collaborative, easy, and inspiring—values we want our website to reflect. There are plenty of other new pages and features to explore, so take a look around and let us know what you think!
